What is the minimum amount for delivery (excluding delivery fee)?

  • The minimum order amount for delivery is $15.

What are your delivery hours?


  • Our delivery hours are Tuesday to Friday from 6:30 pm to 9pm​​.

  • Saturday is pick-up only from 9am to 8pm.

  • Delivery hours are currently only offered between a 6:30pm to 9pm window on Tuesday - Friday. To order for delivery, select a date and time between 6:30pm-9pm - specific times can not be accommodated. Orders placed for delivery will be delivered between the delivery window which may or may not be the specific time selected by the customer.

  • We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

What are the areas you deliver to?

  • We deliver to the Ottawa region, however we do not deliver to Gatineau, and Russell. We look to expand to deliver to these areas in the future. 

What are your delivery policies?

  • Please be advised that the carrier is not permitted to deliver to your apartment. Please note that due to safety protocols, the carrier will meet you at their vehicle when they arrive OR you can opt for them to drop your order in the lobby and alert you once they have done so. Please state your preference in the "Special Requests" section, following the provision of the building buzzer code if applicable. 

  • We have an 8 minute wait period upon arrival to your delivery location. After the 8 minute wait period the carriers will leave. Please be informed that a refund will not be offered for the meal and/or delivery fees.

Can I place my order over the phone?

  • Yes! Same-Day Chop orders must be places via phone.

  • Next-Day Chop orders must be placed via the website.

Can I place a Catering order through the website?

  • All large Catering orders of 50 people and above must be completed via email or phone. Catering inquiries for future events can be ordered by: 

How much notice do I need to give for delivery of an order?

  • Same-Day Chop orders placed within the day, before 3 pm, will be received within the delivery time period of the same day.

What type of payment options do you offer?

  • You can make payment securely via the website when processing your order. 

  • If ordering from the large Catering Menu, you can pay via Interac e-Transfer to We have the Auto-deposit feature available, so there is no requirement to set up a password.

  • We accept cash, debit, or credit upon pick-up for orders in-store.
